IML is an in-network provider for many health insurance plans and networks.  Below are some of the networks with which we participate.  Please note your plan may include out-of-network benefits that cover IML services or may have a restricted provider network within one of the networks below that excludes IML services.  Only your insurer can determine the coverage of your policy.  If you are not sure about your plan restrictions, please contact them prior to service.
